Shipping to Europe

We ship throughout Europe; If your country is not listed in our e-shop, please contact us by email at info@restaurant-table-lamp.com in order to inform you of the costs and delivery times in your country.

 

Ships internationally

We offer international shipping services but you must contact us by email at info@restaurant-table-lamp.com in order to inform  you of the costs and delivery times in your country.

What is the status of my order?

Thanks to Track & Trace, you can check the progress of all the products you have ordered.   We provide you with your parcel number for confirmation of the dispatch of your order by e-mail.


Can I change my delivery address?

No, you cannot modify the delivery address yourself once your order has been registered and your payment has been accepted. If you wish to change this address or have made a mistake in the delivery address or contact, please contact us at info@restaurant-table-lamp.com

 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery is made every working day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday or Friday. If your opening hours are different, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@restaurant-table-lamp.com

 

Who delivers my order  & Where?

Orders are delivered by the transport company GLS, UPS, BPOST, or FEDEX. We reserve the right to choose the shipping service for your order.

Deliveries are made to the front door. Items are delivered with  easy access is assumed. The Customer notifies any foreseeable delivery difficulty which may involve a supplement in addition to the invoiced price.

The Customer bears the risks from the order confirmation. Transport at the Customer risk and expense.

For example, the Seller does not bear the costs due to:

- Absence during delivery

- markets/pedestrian streets/works

- access distance of more than 25m between the unloading place and the door

- entrance too low or narrow for trucks or products

- stairs too narrow or elevators too cramped

- lack of space in the premises

- goods lift

Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect of an article or any other defect in the delivery must be immediately reported by the Customer to restaurant-table-lamp.com upon receipt of the order by Email to   info@restaurant-table-lamp.com

 

Delivery times are obligations of means and exceeding them will not give rise to termination or damages.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (eg in writing, by e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) that we provide for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding   delivery costs (as well as additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, this reimbursement will not be invoiced to you. We may delay reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In our product range, there are several products that are custom-made. On these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We speak of personalization if the product in a size or color chosen by you is made or specially for you with an image or a chosen fabric.

Right of withdrawal for business customers

For professional customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products and/or our service, please contact us.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In our product range, there are several products that are custom-made. On these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We speak of personalization if the product in a size or color chosen by you is made or specially for you with an image or a chosen fabric.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for commercial purposes. Under certain conditions, we can take back unused materials in stock. Please contact us for more information.
